Here is a list of qualities of a leader that leadership team in Mexico came up with. They follow under three headings: Spiritual Qualities, Leadership Qualities and Capacity. We are glad we have a leader like Steve Morgan driving the bus for Vida Estudiantil (Campus ministry) in Mexico!
